Your annual sewage treatment plant service.
Most sewage treatment plants require a service at least once a year and we can advise you during our initial service interval if it needs to be diAerent from the manufactures service requirements due to over use.
We can also undertake servicing of treatment plant outlet pumping stations already installed on the property and advise on their condition.
H2oea can also arrange your treatment plant/septic tank to be emptied or you can arrange this your self with your local tanker company and just call use when it is empty to arrange the service please remember when the tank is emptied this is when the service has to take place not half full or full on most systems.
Service and maintenance log/service sheets
A sewage treatment plant service maintenance service sheet/log will also be provided for your treatment plant that will be updated after every service.
The service will include a full inspection of the tank construction, full mechanical, and electrical test of the air pumps be internal or above ground in a air box housing, electrical testing of the submersible outlet pumps, full high pressure jet wash down of all of the debris, clean float level controls and any transfer pipes included in the plants.
We do not require you to enter into an annual service contract with H2oea for servicing, we shall simply set your site onto our service system and advise you every year that your service is due by text message, email or phone call if you require this.
Servicing works can also be undertaken without the need for the customer on site depending on the system you have installed.
Like all mechanical systems regular maintenance keeps your system free of nuisance breakdowns also it is a requirement of the Environmental Agency that all treatment plants are serviced as per manufactures instruction by a engineer.
